James Balthazar
James Balthazar is an IT Systems Manager and Microsoft 365 Engineer with more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. He specializes in platform modernization, governance, lifecycle management, cloud configuration, and secure workflow automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-enabled solutions. His leadership centers on scalable architecture, secure development practices, reliable documentation, and automation that reduces manual effort and supports long-term organizational growth.
